Hack, Lapse, Leak. Repeat! Hack, Lapse, Leak. Repeat!
That’s what this week felt like.
First, the European Commission confirmed its second cyber incident of the year. Then thousands of Anthropic’s internal files leaked, revealing details about an unreleased AI model. Then, again, Anthropic hit headlines after a packaging error exposed source code tied to Claude Code in a public release.
And not to mention when hackers gained access to a healthcare system’s patient records environment, a system that supports more than 45,000 healthcare providers and covers millions of patients.
One thing after another!! And no, none of this was April Fools!!
But a busy week means a packed CSB. So, sit back and start scrolling. It’s time to catch up on this week in Cyber.
